Description
These are some pictures from Kenn Paulsons collection. I feel bad because pictures don't do these extreme fine pieces of art justice! To look at a photo, and recreate it in granite by hand, eye, and diamond tip, and to look EXACTLY like the photo, and sometimes even BETTER, is unbelieveable! Kenn Paulson has been regarded as one of the BEST ETCHING ARTIST'S in the COUNTRY. His main source of work is in the monument industry, but his passion is for more exotic fields as you can see. Whether it be for motorcycles, cars, nature, portraits or wall murals, Paulson brings out the smallest in detail. From the early beginnings of time stone was the medium used to record important and fascinating events of that period. Today, Kenn has taken this age old art form to contemporary levels by creating unique and lasting designs in stone from all over the world.

As Kenn Paulson's mother I can attest to his talent as I have watched him develop his talents over 20 years. Whether it is a farm scene, a deer scene, or a portrait of a loved one, he will do it well as he etches your chosen design on granite that will last for many years. One of my favorites were of a gentleman playing his concertina on a tree stump on the other side of the pond. Every detail could be seen. He excells in etching deer, and birds, even a semi truck with all the details, or a favorite tractor. You will not be disappointed when you ask Kenn to etch your monument to be placed at the cemetery. Make your decision now so you can enjoy it while you're still here, and, for others to enjoy after your gone. It will be a work of art! Contact my son, #2, (as I have four of them who go by their numbers in order of birth) by e-mail at: stoneartist777@sbcglobal.net to help you with the design of your choice. One of his greatest accomplishments was etching a Harley on this huge piece of black granite. I thought it was the real thing! He's also done the Veteran's Memorial at Shawano. You'll have to see it. I AM PROUD OF HIM! His mom, Arl Brooks
